This role oversees safety compliance across a rotating portfolio of client sites nationwide. You'll split time between remote program management and on-site visits, partnering with site teams to build a strong safety culture wherever Alliance Safety operates.
What you'll need
7+ years of multi-site safety management experience
OSHA 30-Hour certification (CSP or CHST preferred)
Proven ability to manage remote teams and travel extensively (60%+)
Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
Experience across multiple industries (construction, manufacturing, energy) a plus
